Over the last nine months or so a team of Leaders from all over the Area have been meeeting and discussing ideas of how Ayrshire will celebrate the Scouting Centenary.
There have been many ideas put forward, some have fallen by the wayside, others have changed totally from the first concept and others are powering on and being developed towards the finally planning stage.
