As we hope all Leaders in the District are now aware, we have arranged the above event on the Sunday following BP's Birthday. This is a Fun Event, and it is hoped that as many Beaver Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Explorer Scouts, Networkers and Leaders will attend this event in Kilmarnock.
The event is in the Grand Hall, London Road, Kilmarnock and is located diagonally opposite Kilmarnock Bus Station.
Each Group has been asked to provide the Group Colours if they have them, along with Bearer - No Union Flag, as this would have involved to many flags on the day. The Colour Bearers will follow the Union Flag, Area Flag and the 2007 Jamboree Flag into the Hall.
Each Group has also been asked to provide a "Founders Day Banner" with which to decorate the Grand Hall. Details of the requirements can be found on the following links.
The afternoon will include some singing - the words of the songs are available through one of the links below - it may be an idea to print them off and have a practise - Each District will be putting on a three minute sketch reflecting Scouting over the years and into the future.
