Blair Atholl Jamborette 2006 Ayrshire Training Camps

The first Training week-end took place over the week-end of 18th - 20th November.

It was one of the coldest week-ends of the year so far, but this did not deter the 18 youngsters from all over Ayrshire appearing at the camp site on Friday night. The youngsters were split into 3 patrols and set to work pitching tents for the night. On Saturday morning they were shown the style of camp table that they will be expected to build on their arrival at Blair in July - and then set about building.

Of course there was time for some games and the opportunity to discuss the possibility of a Unit badge for Blair 2006.
